Thank You, Pope Benedict : : Today was the last day of Pope Benedict XVI's reign. He stepped down from the office at 8 pm, Rome time. We will miss him terribly, but look forward to meeting our new Holy Father!

Spring Blossoms : : Haven't spent much time outside the past few weeks due to illness that is running rampant through my family. But I'm truly enjoying these Spring blossoms through my window each morning as I glance outside.

Cinnamon Streusel Sour Cream Coffee Cake : : Monday mornings are becoming a regular date breakfast at a delightful little bakery. This morning they had this delicious coffee cake sitting in a domed stand on the counter. I couldn't resist ordering a slice.

Now You're Two! : : It was my niece's birthday this past weekend. She turned 2. I love how the light of the candle lights up her face.

Here Comes the {Toilet Paper} Bride : : I'm cheating a bit on this as I took it on Sunday afternoon, but there were no photos on Saturday as I was laid up sick all day. :( This was at my friend, Meghan's bridal shower. Jess, dressed in white, was chosen as the winner of the "Dress the Bride" contest. I took this over the shoulder of my friend as she was attempting to choose the winner.

Standing on Her Own : : She received this exersaucer from a friend and just loves it! She's been wanting to stand on her own practically since she was born, and now she is able to do so. Makes her one, happy camper. {I took this at a high ISO as it was late at night and very little light. I lightened the color to offset some of the 'noise.'}
